Welcome to ORL Power. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and products. By engaging with ORL Power for boiler manufacturing, pressure vessel design, or related industrial equipment services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ORL Power is a professional manufacturer of CFB boilers, waste heat recovery systems, biomass boilers, pressure vessels, and related industrial equipment, established in 2009 and operating under ISO and ASME certifications.

ORL Power provides the following services:

• Design and manufacture of CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) boilers
• Waste heat recovery boiler systems
• Industrial, biomass, gas, and oil-fired boilers
• Pressure vessels and tanks manufacturing
• Pressure parts for power plant boilers
• Technical engineering consultation and support
• Custom industrial equipment solutions

All products are manufactured in compliance with GB, ASME, and EN codes and standards, ensuring international quality and safety requirements.

All quotations provided by ORL Power are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Custom engineering solutions require detailed technical specifications and may involve extended quotation periods.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase orders and required deposits. Manufacturing timelines will be confirmed in writing and depend on product complexity and current production schedules.

Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs and delivery delays, subject to technical feasibility and manufacturing stage.

ORL Power maintains ISO certification and ASME compliance for all manufacturing processes. Our quality management system ensures that all products meet specified technical requirements and international standards.

Pre-delivery inspections, testing, and certification are conducted according to applicable codes (GB, ASME, EN). Customers may arrange third-party inspections at their expense with prior notification.

Quality documentation, including material certificates, welding records, and test reports, are provided with each delivery as part of our standard documentation package.

Delivery terms are specified in individual contracts and typically follow Incoterms 2020. ORL Power utilizes Shanghai's sea and air transportation networks for international deliveries.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery according to agreed terms. Customers are responsible for adequate insurance coverage during transportation and installation.

Delivery delays due to force majeure, regulatory changes, or customer-requested modifications will result in adjusted delivery schedules without penalty to ORL Power.

ORL Power warrants that products will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from delivery, whichever occurs first.

Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, improper operation, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or damage from external causes beyond our control.

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective components. ORL Power's total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the affected equipment.

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Standard terms typically require advance payments, progress payments during manufacturing, and final payment upon delivery or commissioning.

Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of work or delivery. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the contract.

Customers are responsible for all banking charges, currency conversion fees, and transfer costs associated with international payments.

All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation provided by ORL Power remain our intellectual property. Customers may use such materials solely for the operation and maintenance of delivered equipment.

Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute ORL Power's proprietary designs or technical information without written authorization.

Customer-provided specifications and requirements will be treated as confidential and used solely for the contracted project unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related contracts shall be resolved through arbitration in Shanghai under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

The arbitration language shall be English, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties.

Prior to formal arbitration, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations to resolve disputes amicably.
